Ready || ! — Mini Circuits is meant to be an introductory game to the world of circuits in the form of a puzzle, starting with the very basics.

Nothing too complicated… not only because I didn't have time to program complicated circuit logic, but also because my aim with this is to allow someone with close to zero experience with circuits to still be able to under the simple concepts in this game.

I was hoping to slowly increase the complexity but unfortunately this game jam intertwined with my college finals so I didn't have much time to add much but I'm still proud of what I was able to make in the time I had, and I hope I was able to communicate my vision of this game well. I'm still trying to improve my game dev skills myself and I know I can definitely improve this game with time.

Plz share feedback or questions.

Game Running Slow?
If you're running this game on FireFox or edge you might experience some lag. For best experience I recommend running this game on Chrome, as it seems to be better at handling browser games for some reason.

nice game,

I like the fact that you don't see your environment

Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it!

Excellent Game. Nice and Simple graphics and a good way to test circuits. Reminded me of the "Digital Logic Design" course i had taken in undergrad.

I think the circuit joining part is working perfectly, but what if we want to remove a point from the circuit, that we think does not solve that. Perhaps we could have a way remove a point from the current circuit lets say by right mouse clicking that point. You can also add a overview like a minimap to show the current look of the overall circuit. Overall the concept is working and you should update this after the game jam, as it has a lot of potential and not many people attempt this sort of stuff.

Keep up the good work :)

Thank you for the detailed feedback!

A mini map sounds like an interesting idea… I definitely hope to work on this more and expand upon the game going into the future, with my next plan to add switches, logic gates, and later on capacitors.

and I agree with your last point, not a lot of people attempt to make a game like this which is why I wanted to give it a try, not only to make a fun puzzle game but also to help me better understand circuits myself.

Glad you enjoyed it!
